We are a local, family-owned Jiffy Lube franchisee committed to serving the Pee Dee and Upstate regions of South Carolina since 2002.
We operate 5 locations in the Pee Dee (Florence and Lake City) and 9 locations in the Upstate (Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, Easley, Mauldin, Greer, and Moore).

Bronco Lube LLC is seeking to hire a General Manager to continue our legacy as the RIGHT option for automotive maintenance and repair in SC since 2002.
*Type of Work Performed:*
* Manage the daily operation of the service center and all personnel.
* Responsible for store compliance with all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and JTSS documentation.
* Resolve customer issues.
* Manage inventory.
* Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
* Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained.
* Ensure all employees are properly trained per JTSS guidelines; provide leadership in developing skill levels.
* Uphold store image standards.
* Other duties as requested or assigned.
*Qualifications:*
* 2 years or more experience in a similar leadership role.
* Commitment to our standards for strong character and company values.
* A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
* Strong team builder with the ability to work well with others.
* Desire to coach and invest in your team!
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Experience with customer sales.
* Must have good time management and organizational skills.

)
* Will need to be able to work a Windows 10 computer system.
* Must be willing and able to work outdoors, spending up to 10 hours per day standing/moving around the facility.
* A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
* Valid Driver's License
