We are a local, family-owned Jiffy Lube franchise committed to serving the Pee Dee and Upstate since 2002.
We have 5 locations in Florence/Lake City and 7 locations in Greenville/Greer/Anderson/Moore with more locations opening this year.
Jiffy Lube has been providing the best experience for our customers for automotive maintenance and repair since 1979.

What are we looking for?

Must have experience working with customers.
Will need to be able to work a Windows 10 computer system and navigate customer information and take payments.
Must be good in sales or at least the ability to achieve them.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors and be on their feet for 10-12 hours per day.
Must be able to multi-task and be very organized.
Must have experience managing multiple people at one time.
Must have good time management and organizational skills.

Must be able to adhere and to teach a process.
Must be able to coach and counsel, providing feedback and evaluations.
What will you do?
Manage the daily operation of the service center and all personnel.
Responsible for store compliance with all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and JTSS documentation.
Resolve customer issues.
Manage inventory.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.
Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained.
Ensure all employees are properly trained per JTSS guidelines; provide leadership in developing skill levels.
Uphold store image standards.
Other duties as requested or assigned.
