*Retail Sales Specialist*
WaterWorks Pools and Spas is a family owned and operated swimming pool company that has been serving the Pee Dee for over 25 years.
We are growing, planning to expand further and are looking for people who want to come onboard and grow right along with us!
As the Sales Lead, you will be joining an established sales team with the goal of providing 5-star customer service and hitting monthly sales objectives.
We are a team that believes that we never stop growing or learning.
To guarantee your success, we provide paid on-the-job training as well as biweekly meetings with management to help you increase product knowledge, sales skills, and customer interaction.
We believe in rewarding you for your expertise and skill set and offer commission packages once your training is complete.
The ideal fit for our team has excellent customer service skills, prefers working in a team based environment, and has a passion for sales.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is ideal to promote your success, but experience within the swimming pool industry is not required.
*A standard shift for you would include:*
* Performing computer-based water analysis for customers and provide product recommendations and treatments for the customers pool or spa
* Utilizing our point of sales system to make sales or quote customers for products
* Ensuring that the interior and exterior of our store is clean, neat, well stocked, and looks great for our customers
* Educating the customer on our products and being able to sell them with confidence
* Participate in company meetings where we complete computer based training and in-person sessions
* Responding to customer inquiries by phone, e-mail, or through our point of sales system and following up when it is appropriate
