Job Description Summary
The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Florence, SC MR plant.
Supporting the Plant Manager and Plant Finance Controller.
In this role, you will provide financial analytics, support manufacturing operational teams, and ultimately are responsible for cost variance reporting, driving optimal performance and overall plant productivity.
This role also oversees elements of balance sheet accounting and compliance, covering Plant and Equipment, Inventory and Reserves.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Support site operation's teams, by providing cost analytics across targeted site expense accounts, helping drive productivity and continual improvement towards the achievement of site KPI’s.
Identifying and setting KPI’s as the business evolves.
Manage site Plant and Equipment financials, including asset onboarding, dispositions, and spend reconciliation.
Providing expertise to the teams on relevant GEHC GAP policies to apply.
Ensuring site readiness for Fixed Asset Audit.
Perform strategic analysis relating to manufacturing footprint activities.
Appraisal of all productivity projects that require capital spend.
Ongoing project benefit tracking to the ledger.
Perform Monthly estimating and Monthly/Quarterly closing activities.
Support Materials and Product teams with Inventory management, including obsolescence reserves, managing product life cycle inventory, supporting inventory accuracy, and annual physical inventory.
Aiming to minimize cost impact to the income statement while maintaining compliance and accounting integrity.
Other projects and duties supporting plant financials as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
2+ years of Financial work experience
Desired Characteristics
Previous manufacturing experience
IT experience: Oracle, Hyperion, and Power BI.
Advanced Excel skills
