*Job Description:*
As an FP&A analyst for McCall Farms, you will be expected to provide financial insights and projections to the finance team and other senior leaders in the organization.
You will provide reliable data and analysis to be used for the following activities: budgeting and forecasting; financial planning; management and performance reporting; and modeling.
You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.
*Responsibilities:*
• Collaborate cross functionally to build strategic long-range plans and outlook for the business.
• Participate in the annual planning and monthly close process.
• Identify and understand business challenges and opportunities
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Collect and evaluate financial data to provide meaningful insights about the business
• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
• Create presentations built around detailed analysis, identify required action items, and propose solutions
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year performance
• Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
*Skills:*
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related area
• General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Ability to build strong partnerships with key business stakeholders across the organization
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
• Ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to oversee projects and drive them across an organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
